“After one Rolfing session I knew that this work was something special. I’d experienced nothing like it before and knew I had to share this with others. I felt so unbelievably good in my body afterwards and I want to provide for others the same life changing experience I had encountered! I think we need to feel good each day and not just “making it”, to be aligned properly so we can move well and do what we desire. There can be ease to our life, our bodies, and our mind. Rolfing works and you should try it!”

It is profoundly rooted in me to help others and now I feel I can truly do that in the most effective way.

My Personal Rolfing Story, and why I became a Certified Rolfer

Like many who become Rolfers I was suffering from an injury that was depressing my life. My shoulder had suffered a strength training injury and it not only hurt but was limiting what I could do in life and then began keeping me up at night. I tried almost everything you could think of over a years’ time and became defeated and hopeless. I heard of something called Rolfing randomly through a coworker and thought, “what have I got to lose”? I was in for a session within a week and walked out of the session describing my shoulder problem as feeling 60 percent better and with more range of motion! What seems even more important than the physical difference was that I was smiling and had an optimistic attitude! Earlier that day I thought my body was unfixable and I was down to one working arm! That was not the case! I was immediately hooked and told everyone I knew what I had experienced! If you’re wondering, it only took one session and practicing the integration movement tips my Rolfer suggested I do at home and my shoulder issue was able to resolve itself from that day on! I was finally back to being me!
